If a gay man to be prosecuted if a Gay Guy of 14 years, the man asks for sex and gay men who have sex with the boy?
I ask because it was stressed to me that this scenario was not sexually abused.
It is not entirely a question of human rights pressure on the child by gender.
Thus, abuse should be no sex illegal, and if so, on what grounds can be taken?

ReplyDeleteYou do not know who is saying this, but they are wrong, regardless of who heads the sexual act, sexual acts with persons under the age of consent, gay straight or not, illegally by the person - at the age of consent.
14 is under the age of consent. This means that the child can not legally consent, the same way that his signature is legally valid. Therefore, rape is legal, regardless of whether they will or not.
